At the CENTCOM briefing in Quatar, the General had just gotten done describing a deck of 55 cards, in which the faces, names and descriptions of the 55 most wanted members of the Iraqi regime were contained.
A British reporter then asks:
"Is the image and description for the Iraqi Information Minister in your deck of 55 cards since, as everyone knows, every deck needs a Joker?"
