If you haven't done it, I would recommend sitting on the beach on a gray misty day, watching the waves crashing, unstoppable, to shore.
Take something that relaxes you. Me, I had a cigar and a glass of scotch. The bonus for me was that it was 10:30 am.
BTW, thanks for the folks who dropped me an email after the recent Merry-Rose Trimaris crisis. I'm glad it ammused.
